what a difference an early night, full night’s sleep and a relatively late start make!

feeling re-energised and raring to go. with another rest day tomorrow, that bodes well for the run on sunday!

have also just found out about some waterproof band-aids that specifically aid healing of blisters, bought them, applied one to my left foot and now that pesky blister is so much more comfortable too! it was healing, but now it feels sooo much better!

03:30 – 1 x Berocca, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine tablet, 1 x men’s one-a-day multi-vitamin.
04:00 – creamy almond vanilla oats. muffin with tomato and meted cheese. orange juice.
04:50 – bus into perth. nap
05:45 – coffee.
09:00 – red apple
11:00 – chicken, tomato & mayo wrap. small orange
