felt much better after a decent sleep (after having a shitty day at the office). “backyard session” day today, so i took the dog for a walk, and then had a gentle jog around a new route (past the jetts gym i use). turns out that route is 11.73km (according to map my run), so that’s the furthest i’ve “grandad-jogged” to date…
