grrrrr…. not entirely happy today! I woke up somewhere between 1am and 2am, figured it was too early to get up for a run and went back to sleep.
nek minnit…. it was almost 5am and I had to rush to get up, get ready and catch the bus!
mind you, the rest might not be a bad thing. I’m a little stiff and sore after yesterday’s 2 hour row. a nice walk at lunchtime might be in order…
