yesterday started off well, but by 11am I was feeling it. tired, flat, completely drained of energy. my mood wasn’t so good either.
all the advice is that post-marathon to do what you can do, and not to push things. so today was declared a rest day, without hesitation!
03:45 – 2 slices toast, 2 eggs, ham, orange juice
04:50 – bus, nap
06:15 – coffee
08:15 – coffee. cashews & cranberries. green apple
10:30 – beef & polenta bake. fruit cup.
13:00 – roast chicken linguine. corn & parmesan muffin
13:45 – bus, nap
15:00 – 2 hour nap
18:00 – tacos. piece of banana cake
20:00 – cup of tea
21:30 – glass milk, bed
