18:30 – Basa (fish), prawns, wedges, corn on the cob
23:15 – Milk, bed

Feeling much brighter today (thankfully). Have had masses of sleep in the past 72 hours – was almost in the mood to do a long row today, but I think I’d better not push it. Let’s see what tomorrow brings!
First day of proper eating this week – yay!
