oh my legs, my legs… they were a bit on the achy side when I woke up this morning, so I wasn’t expecting to set a personal best for the 6.5km (ish) run.
that said, the run followed a familiar pattern; a bit wince-inducing at the start, but thoroughly enjoyable once I’d warmed up.
Feeling very tired this week – probably a lingering effect of the weekend run.
03:30 – Anzac biscuit, glass water
03:45 – 6.69km run – 58:27
05:00 – muesli. 2 slices toast with butter & honey. orange juice
05:25 – bus, nap
07:00 – black coffee. vanilla yoghurt
09:00 – diced pear fruit cup
10:45 – ciabatta & tomato bruschetta
11:30 – thai sweet chilli beef salad
12:00 – fruit salad fruit cup
13:30 – roast chicken linguine
14:00 – banana date muffin
14:15 – bus, nap
16:00 – cup of tea
18:00 – homemade chicken nuggets, chips, peas
21:30 – glass milk, bed
