first things first, there has been absolutely no net change weight-wise since I weighed myself a week ago. not entirely sure what’s going on because i’ve been really good with my eating. not going to worry about it – it could be a delayed impact from the focus on eating, or any one of many different reasons. we shall see what next week brings!
so i’m still officially 119.1kg (as recorded prior to training at about 4am) – today is “long row” day and once again the time available to me meant that I did a 10km one. I was hoping to squeeze in a half marathon, but I didn’t wake up early enough. maybe next wednesday…
