30 nov 2013 – reach

saturday is running rest day on the NMMFG schedule, and included a nice leisurely start to the day.

while I don’t do too badly in the sleep stakes during the week, it’s always nice to bank a couple of extra hours on a saturday. the body appreciates it, as does the brain.

today will mostly be about gathering together the short stories written so far for the forthcoming ebook “running changes lives”, possibly a spot of reading of the december edition of “runners’ world” and putting some toppings on a pizza base with NMMFG jr this evening (not forgetting that the pizza will be a great carb-loading meal to be eating ahead of tomorrow’s 10km Rogue Runners Club run at Deepwater Point.

so there’s a bit of a running theme going on still 🙂

07:00 – 1 berocca, 1 x multivit, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine
07:15 – bowl of muesli, bacon and egg sandwich, orange juice.
10:00 – cup of coffee, 2 slices toast with butter & lemon curd
12:00 – chicken, cheese & tomato sandwiches
15:00 – cup of tea, lemon muffin
18:30 – pizza with chicken, prosciutto, salami, tomato, cheese
21:00 – milk, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x night-time multi
