I did post earlier, sharing the video I made for “the bizzy runner”, but it would be cheating if I tried to claim that as a daily journal 😆
I did manage a 2.5km walk this morning, which was pleasing. Following the usual 5BX-ish wake up routine. I’ve decided, though, that I need to restart week 1 of the 10k program as the training this week has been a bit erratic!
Steps today over 4300, hydration very good (I’ve been very thirsty and tired after yesterday’s massage), and food generally ok.
So, week 1 (again) tomorrow, starting with the scheduled rest day 😆
