lies, damned lies, etc…

yesterday, I promised to put more details in these journal posts. so here we go… setting the baseline with a bunch of stats…

current weight (Monday weigh-in) 142.4kg

blood sugar pre-dinner – 4.9 😀

Step count today 10,700

Food… total calories for the day about 2100 with 55% fat, 23% carbs, 22% protein.

Breakfast was a solid 34% of calorie intake, and the carb percentage was looking pretty good all day. Dinner was a bit “sloppy” to be honest, but on the plus side today’s food overall is acceptable.

A third of the steps came from a 2.5km walk this morning.

in summary… it wasn’t a bad day, though hydration wasn’t so good early on. it’ll be interesting for the next two days as I am working from home…
