didn’t sleep well last night and struggled with low energy all day as a consequence ☹️
thankfully quite a calm day overall, with a few stressful moments. tried to walk further at lunchtime but realised I need to take my hokas in to change into for the walk. 5100 steps all the same.
contemplating a short daily video journal to go with these updates. might make that a mini goal for next week 🙂
10pm now. hoping to sleep all night…
