yes I need stronger glasses for reading and computer work, but only a step up, and nothing more than would be needed over the usual course of events.
the awesome news was that there is no sign of diabetes damage and now that sugar levels are under control, things have settled back to relative normality.
honestly, the way things are panning out so far, I am very grateful that things seem to have been detected early enough that the impact has been minimal. a stroke of luck getting flu at Christmas hey?
steps today close to 3000, food and hydration “acceptable”, energy levels actually pretty good!
