it’s a long way from being able to say that it’s a consistent habit, but three days journaling in a row is a micro-victory for sure.
up about 6 or so, a calmer day at the office, but still quite a late finish and ended the day feeling drained. must work harder on not leaving so late.
lunchtime walk to the shops helped ensure the step count target was smashed. over 5200 steps today.
food generally ok, hydration so-so, now fingers crossed for a decent sleep and more positive steps tomorrow!
