ah yes dreams – don’t give up on them. even at times when things seem to be working against you. that is the message for today 🙂
i had another relatively late start today (too busy dreaming perhaps?) and put in a “chilled” 5km row at the gym.
and because i was at the gym… i was finally able to weigh myself for the first time in a few weeks. about  month ago it was 112kg, then a few weeks ago that had worked its way back up to 112.8kg. today it was 112.2kg.
not fantastic, but heading back down again (and maybe, just maybe, i can cling to the hope of muscle soreness and fluid retention kicking in after sunday’s trail run!)
in any case, i have my work cut out to hit 100kg in 7 weeks…
03:00 – energy gel and drink of water
03:15 – gym (see below)
04:30 – 1 berocca, 1 x multivit, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine, zinc tablet
04:45 – bowl muesli, 2 slices toast and honey, orange juice
05:25 – bus, nap
06:15 – coffee
12:00 – 3 x prawn & salad rice paper rolls & squid salad
14:15 – bus, nap
15:45 – push-ups & core (see below)
16:45 – 2 slices toast with honey
18:30 – gammon, pineapple, peas, fried egg, baked potato
20:30 – glass milk, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x night-time multi
