well, despite not being so badly shattered by the long run yesterday, I still managed to sleep through until 4:30am. Actually I did wake about 1am, but figured that was a tad early for the gym, even for me!

a 3km riverside walk reminded me that my legs had taken a battering yeserday, but overall feeling pretty good.

04:30 – bowl cereal, 2 slices toast, orange juice
05:25 – bus, nap
06:00 – 3km riverside walk
06:30 – few nuts & dried cranberries
08:30 – black coffee
09:30 – dates, walnuts, almonds
12:30 – lunchtime walk, chicken roll with lettuce, tomato & cheese
14:20 – bus, nap
18:00 – steak, veggies, wedges
21:00 – glass milk, bed
