up at 2:45 again, which meant either a 10km row, or a 1 hour row. opted for the latter, and was very happy with the effort put in.
at first I thought it was a personal best, however it’s 200m short of a pb recorded in october last year. october 2012 is where most of the “bests” are currently found, around the time I did the 10km fun run etc.
so my “form” is coming back for sure, and things are definitely moving in the right direction again.
