No gym today – I’m listening to my body, and my body is saying “you made me run 10km yesterday, if you think we’re going to the gym then you can get f#&%!d!”
Was really pleased with yesterday morning’s effort, but definitely started to feel the effect last night. This morning I opted for an early trip into the office rather than heading down the gym – my body needs a bit of a rest. Due to various circumstances, I’m actually going to have a few days away from the gym (and this blog), so come Monday morning I hope to be raring to go!
