wow, just realised that I haven’t updated the journal for a week… that does not mean I’ve been slacking off (well, not the whole time anyway!)
thursday – woke up late, so didn’t go for a run. went for a walk at lunchtime instead
friday – woke up later than planned, so did a reduced session at the gym – details below. pretty sure the 4km treadmill time was a pb, with the jogging being done at 11.5km/h
sunday – we went camping for the Australia Day long weekend – on the Sunday morning I went for a jog. 14.5km in about 2 hours.
monday – nothing specific. as with the whole weekend I did lots of walking
tuesday – after a weekend of camping, I slept like a baby and woke up with just enough time to get ready for work
today I got back into the usual routine – waking at 3:00 and heading down the gym for a 10km row.
