today was a very chilled, very relaxed kind of day. with a solid sleep last night, it was the perfect antidote to what was a very draining week.
not that today was unproductive – it’s was just not especially physical. I signed up for the half distance at six inch (December 17th), renewed my triathlon Australia and Perth triathlon club memberships, and generally pottered about doing household chores.
food ok, hydration good, pottered for about 2700 steps. had intended to get out for a bit of a walk and failed…
