new shoe day
gotta love a new shoe day, right? these (not so) little beauties are a fresh delivery of @hoka_au Stinson ATRs from the good people at @keeponrunningperth. These will be the shoes that take me over the “3 inch” course in December, and some training kilometres beforehand of course! Nice solid feel, a great looking shoe, and making me excited to think about being back on the trails again!
Today’s journal… almost 6000 steps on a week 3 rest day, good hydration, reasonable food and feeling pretty good, if not a little tired!
