I managed to get to the gym on Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and not at all in between. I enjoyed the rest to be honest, though with a week or so of inactivity just prior to the Christmas period, I’ve definitely gained a few pounds and lost fitness.
while I’m not entirely happy about heading back to the office, it’s nice to be back in a daily routine.
