fun and games with the road run this morning. half way round the 9.6km route I tripped over a raised paver and went flying. fortunately the damage wasn’t so bad, and I continued the run.
damage = ripped training pants, grazed hands, elbow and knee, jarred joints. I guess I’ll live 🙂
apart from the fall, it was a very pleasant jog.
