in my usual 60 seconds “pitch” at leads2business this morning, i touched on the topic of losing mojo and refreshing motivation. for me, or so it seems, the cure is to be physically active, outdoors, and in touch with nature.
this week i have restarted the habit of getting out for a short walk at lunch time, a walk which today took me up a popular hill to the edges of king’s park. it’s walks like these that help get back to basics and remember dreams, goals and plans.
it’s good to be getting back on track. i am looking forward to reaching and setting new goals.
