week one off to a flying start

as mentioned previously, the 10k run walk program is being restarted after a bit of a hit and miss first attempt… and I nailed it. rest day DONE!!!

celebrate your small victories, right? 😉

food:

breakfast: bacon, 2 eggs, tomato, glass of milk with cold drip coffee and stevia flavouring
mid-morning: long black and a sugar-free “joshua” snack bar
lunch: seaweed snack, small can of tuna, “healtheries” no added sugar chocolate, kombucha
mid-afternoon: sugar free snack bar
dinner: pan-fried chicken, cheese and low sugar crispbread

other:

approx 1.5l sparkling water
morning: metformin, trajenta, ancestral nutrition multiusana cellsentials & biomega fish oil 
evening: metformin, usana cellsentials & biomega fish oil 

activity:

5bx plan – exercises 1 to 4 from chart 1 C+
monday weigh-in: down a little to 140.8kg
total steps: 8053

physical, mood etc.:

started the week feeling reasonably positive and energised, and energy levels remained throughout the day.

notes:

working from home tomorrow – must keep on top of those steps…
